Shipping Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or if there is a quality issue.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Delivery:

  • 3-4 working days within Maharashtra
  • All over India 4-6 working days

Exchange:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval based on order status.
