Our Founder
Ms. Sakshi Shirke is Proprietor at My Niramay Foods. She is a Commerce graduate. She is a homemaker and has a passion for baking. She has worked as a home-baker for more than a decade. Sakshi has acquired the skills of oil extraction by wood pressed techniques by successfully completing the “Village Oil-PTA” course conducted by Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Rural Technology and Management, Nasik. KVIC is a statutory body of the Indian Constitution and comes under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Sakshi is a fitness enthusiast. She workouts at gymnasium and intermittently practices swimming and running. Sakshi aims to provide high value nutrition products in an affordable price.
Mr. Sachin C. Shirke overlooks the sourcing, manufacturing and packaging activities at My Niramay Foods. He is a Masters in Philosophy (Chemistry). He is also certified by KVIC for oil extraction by wood press techniques. Sachin has 24 years of rich and diverse experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with Analytical Chemistry as his forte. He has worked with reputed pharmaceutical industries like RPG Life Sciences, German Remedies and Glenmark. He is aware of various safety requirements of drug substances and drug products by Food and Drug Administration Agencies from India, United States of America and Europe. Sachin is a very health-conscious person and a passionate runner. He has successfully completed several marathons and ultra running events. He aims to provide to society with products that have benchmark quality and produced under hygienic environment.

Hi... We would like to share my feedback for Ground nut oil by My Niramay Foods. Hi.. I have tried both sunflower and coconut oil manufactured by 'My Niramay Foods'. Both are very good in terms of flavour and taste. I used to get coconut oil from my home town only in bulk when I visit there. Now happy to get similar quality oil here only near to me. Thank you so much for providing so pure cooking oil, which is really hard to get /find nowadays. We can use oil now without much guilt for cooking- I totally agree Tasty Bhi Aur Healthy Bhi.
